El Residencial Dorasal está en el extremo sur de la playa de Xeraco, en primera línea (C/ Les Marines 13) con acceso directo a la arena, sin ascensor, ofrece zona con columpios, piscina con charco infantil acotado y 2.000 m2 de zona ajardinadas. A tan solo 25 metros hay una zona polideportiva y una arboleda con columpios para los más pequeños. Todos los apartamentos tienen plaza de garaje subterránea.
Apartamento en primera planta, amplia terraza de orientación Norte lateral (fresca) con vistas al mar. Amplia cocina con lavavajillas y todo lo necesaria para coicnar y poner mesa, salón-comedor, dos baños (uno con plato de ducha) y dos dormitorios ambos con ventilador de techo. NO SE ADMITEN MASCOTAS.
El apartamento está equipado con ropa de cama y toallas, y todo lo necesario para cocinar y poner mesa. No es un estándar la olla a presión, la batidora ni la tostadora eléctrica; por ello si alguna de estas les es imprescindible no olviden traerla!

La recogida de llaves se efectuará en nuestras oficinas, en C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE Nº7 PLAYA DE XERACO, a partir de las 13:00 horas. Existe la posibilidad de recogida de llaves fuera de horario de oficina, solicitando la anticipadamente y habiendo depositado la fianza con anterioridad. La salida y desalojo de los alojamientos se efectuará antes de las 10:00 horas de la mañana. Las llaves podrán ser depositadas dentro del alojamiento previa consulta, o serán devueltas en nuestras oficinas. Previamente a la recogida de llaves depositarán una fianza de 150 €, está será devuelta tras la revisión del apartamento, y si la empresa lo considera oportuno, hasta pasadas 48 horas desde el desalojo.
