Positive: I had the honor of being the first guest to stay in the house. Mr. Paulo was very understanding. Despite our delay, he kindly met us at the train station (which is very close to the house) and accompanied us to the house, gave us a tour, and explained everything. The house is very close to the center of Rome and has access to both bus and train transportation. There are bars, supermarkets, bakeries, and restaurants nearby. All the equipment and amenities mentioned in the listing are available in the house. There are air conditioners in all three rooms, which made our stay very comfortable. Mr. Paulo also left us a variety of treats, which was a very thoughtful gesture. We sincerely thank Mr. Paulo and his family and wish them health and well-being. I highly recommend this place to everyone.
