Positive: Very clean, fresh, like new, no one around in January, good heating, very quite place (at least in winter), not too far from the beach, parking
Negative: Old-school in person meeting at a particular time with a representative is required to check-in and check-out, security deposit like 00s, no soap, no microwave, no towels and no option to get those even as additional paid service.
Summary: Fresh, clean and quite place with not so client-oriented management.
