Positive: Absolutely beautiful view, on a day with perfect visibility you can see the Tatra mountains. Location is close to a town, yet really private. Comfy little house, great amenities. Nice base of operations for everything you need, provided you have a car. You can reach basically anywhere interesting in the area on both the Polish and Slovak side of the borders within an hour and a half.
Negative: Very steep and tight asphalt road leading to the house. Only an issue if you're going during snowy weather, definitely bring along chains, even winter tires and 4WD might not be enough. Spooky whining wind noise on the first floor, coming from the terrace, but that's a nitpick.
Summary: Cosy, private, comfortable, beautiful views.
