Positive: The staff are friendly and accommodating especially, Pedro. He made sure to give us what we needed. And speaks English.
Negative: The lobby needs to be renovated. The chairs are mismatched, the area rag is old, torn and smelly. The floor to the bathroom is uneven and no sign to warn us, twice we stub our toes to it. The elevator is uneven . No sign to warn us too.
