Positive: The staff were really lovely and friendly and the location is situated on the main street on Bialowieza with the strictly protected area at one and the red trail at the other. There are restaurants and shops on the main street for most of your needs. The place is super clean and there is a small kitchenette for cooking.
Negative: I wasn't provided with a towel which was a bit awkward but I made do with what I could find. The 10pm to 6am quiet hours are fine but I did find that now its spring getting up earlier to see the wildlife before the crowds is better. In order to avoid waking up the staff or the neighbours I parked outside to leave quietly in the morning. I found the bed a bit small and uncomfortable and I'm not a very tall or large person!
