This comfortable property is in a prime location in Poole Dorset. The perfect place for families and friends to get together for a great stay, everything on your doorstep & lots of room to spread out and enjoy your time together.
a short drive to blue flag beaches. In close proximity is Poole Quay with its array of restaurants, bistros and hourly cruses around the harbour where you can sit back and enjoy whilst taking in the sights of the Jurassic coastline, Swanage & Brownsea. Hot Tub optional.
The space
This newly refurbished house has 5 double bedrooms all with en-suites and a cloakroom. It has a stunning open plan fully equipped kitchen/Diner. A large family room (with sofa bed that can sleep 2) that has direct access to the garden & a TV.
The front living room has sofa bed that can also sleep 2 if needed.
Externally the property has a good-sized garden with sun patio housing hot tub and a lawned area. A BBQ area with rattan outdoor furniture where one can dine and relax.
The hot Tub can sit 4-6 people at a charge of £200 during the duration of your stay, (don’t forget to bring extra Towels for your hot tub and the beach), This will be freshly filled up and heated for you, just let us know at the time of your booking. After every check- out the tub is cleaned, only prepared for the guest that require one (24 hour notice required to prepare the hot tub).
