Dolphin Key #3D is a spacious interior gulf-front 4 bedroom 3 bath condominium located on the 3rd floor overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The unit is approximately 1700 sq ft with 9-foot ceilings with crown molding. The kitchen has all white appliances set in granite counter tops plus a wet bar. The master bedroom has a king bed with an en suite bathroom, double vanities, jetted tub and separate shower. The 2nd bedroom has two queen beds, the 3rd bedroom has two twin beds and the 4th bedroom has a queen. The two guest bathrooms have either a tub/shower combo or a standalone shower. Sleeps 10 Dolphin Key is a 5 story building located in Orange Beach approximately 10 miles east of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. The property has an outdoor pool and picnic/grilling area. 2 car limit. *This property rents Saturday to Saturday 3-9 until 4-6-19 and during Summer and Peak seasons. 4 night minimum requirement during Value, Fall and Winter.. Minimum age restriction: 25 years STAY AND PLAY This rental comes with our 'Stay and Play Package.' Each night you will receive: -one free round of golf for one adult a day; -one complimentary deep-sea fishing admission on a party boat for one adult a day; -one adult fare upon a dolphin cruise a day(seasonal); -one free video rental per visit; -one adult admission to local water park a day(seasonal); -fourteen free points to the amusement center a day. *The 'Stay and Play Package' begins on the scheduled date of arrival and is not available on day of departure. Services are non-cumulative and non-transferable. All services are subject to change, subject to availability, and weather permissible. The 'Stay and Play Package' does not apply to monthly rentals.
