This stunning oceanfront home is unique in that it is south facing with Ocean, Coastline, Mountain and Channel Island views also located near one of the finest surf breaks in Southern California and minutes from a public beach which attracts world class surfers. The house is on the sand with 5 steps leading from the house deck to the sandy beaches. The Dolphin House has direct, unobstructed beach access right in front of the house to the sandy beach. The first floor of the Beach house offers open concept living space and a bedroom with king bed and bath. The open kitchen, breakfast bar, dining area and living room are all ocean facing and provide easy access to the open deck. White washed stained beams add to the beach ambiance along with an electric fireplace, and classic beach style decor and furnishings. The Rassmunsen architectural design includes large windows and glass doors leading beachside so that this southward facing Beach House enjoys the sun and sparkling ocean views all day long. The second floor has a master bedroom with king bed, stunning ocean views and a door that leads to a covered balcony with access to the downstairs deck and spa. A third bedroom offers a set of twin beds, stunning ocean views and access to the covered balcony as well. A fourth bedroom is equipped with a queen. On this second floor is also a full bathroom and laundry room area complete with washer and dryer. The ocean deck includes a spa, chaise lounges, table and chairs, gas grill, hot tub, umbrellas and outdoor shower. Everything you need for sunbathing, entertaining, relaxing or simply enjoying ocean views and the Channel Islands. For home security there are security cameras at the front Door and outside back door entry. ABOUT FARIA BEACH Faria Beach, located a couple miles north of Ventura, is that last little slice heaven. Relax, play and enjoy this unique and special little stretch of coast. Faria is a marine sanctuary with exposed tide pools, sand beaches, and some of the best marine environments along the California coast. The area is perfect for surfing, kayaking, snorkeling, boogie boarding or just to enjoy long walks on the beach, hunting for shells, rocks and sea glass. While this beach is known for dolphins feeding and riding waves on a daily bases, whales can even be spotted during their migration.
