**All linens are replaced at every check-out with fresh, clean, soft linens from our in-house laundry facility.

Summary: The accommodations were great. Individual bathrooms were a plus as we had a full house. Beds were comfortable, and bedrooms were spacious. Washing machine and dryer were great quality. Pool was fantastic and had fun with cornhole (chose to purchase our own bags as the ones provided were not great) . Outdoor kitchen helpful. We would definitely consider staying again. A few things to know. Only one refrigerator, with a full house we would have benefited from another fridge (though we did utilize the beverage coolers). The grill had not been cleaned and was a bit of a scary mess with lots of grease. The fountains in the pool don't work, but we loved the lights. The front balcony did not have lounge chairs, so the balcony was not able to be utilized. There are limited places to hang dry anything. Bathroom towels, beach towels and suits had to be draped over doors and chairs. We walked to the nearby beach and walked to the state park beach every day. A 12 minute walk and plenty of beach room!!! We could spread out, set up shade canopy's and play games. There were plenty of towels to use in the bathroom and at the beach. Overall we were very happy with the house and the company. They were very attentive to our simple questions that just helped our stay to be all the more comfortable and fun!
