This awesome studio, fully renovated in April 2024 and furnished in modern and elegant style, is a perfect nest for a couple but can accommodate up to 3 guests.
The suite offers a double bed (bed size 180 x 200 cms), a sofa bed double bed (bed size 160 x 200 cms - it will be prepared only in case of 3 guests booking), the bathroom with shower and a functional kitchenette.
It is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay: free wi-fi, smart TV, centralized climatization, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, Nespresso, kettle and toaster.
Climatization is managed at building level and follows schedule as per Rome municipality laws - heating is switched on between October and April and cooling is switched on between mid June and September from 10:30AM to midnight.
Guests will have access to the entire apartment.

For stays equal to or longer than 14 days, a payment of € 100 in cash is required upon check-in as an addition to the cleaning fee for housekeeping and the change of all linens on the day in the middle of the stay between 10:00AM and 04:00PM.
Late check-in from 09:00PM to midnight costs € 30 to be paid cash upon check-in. It's not possible to check-in after midnight.
Host is not responsible for any guest belongings left or forgotten in the house after checkout time.
