This is a 1955 Cottage that has been completely renovated. A few origianl retro features were kept, everything else is brand new. You will love the feel of this cottage with its reproduction drain board sink, pine ceilings, mid century light fixtures, sleeping loft and screened in back porch. It has a retro California beach bungalow vibe.
New sleeping loft! it sleeps 4 and the kids ( or adults) get their own space for TV viewing or just hanging out. Adults will not be able to stand upright as there is a low ceiling. Accessed by a ladder ( may not be suitable for young children)
Living Room features a 42" Flat screen TV with cable. Sleeper sofa, Dining area with built in banquet, new retro breakfast bar with stools
2 bedrooms each equipped with wood ceilings, new queen beds and nightstands as well as new fixtures
2 new full baths. Bath 1 has new tile with marble accents, pebble flooring and a tub/shower combo. The second ful bath is new as well with a shower stall and laundry area.
Fully equipped kitchen with w new retro , modern style appliances , including a gas stove, refrigerator and dishwasher, new reproduction drain board sink, new retro style bar with metal edging and butcher block counters.
New commercial washer and dryer
Partially fenced backyard with wooded view, Dogwood tree , fire pi and gas grill.
Screened in back porch features a table and chairs for dining and a loveseat for relaxing in the peaceful, private backyard.
Easy and short walk to the "Strip" with all it has to offer. Famous Eddies Grill, arcades restaurants and bars.
