DOG PADDLE INN THIS HOME IS WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE OF "SUMMER BREEZE" AND "COOL BREEZE COTTAGE"!!*** This GORGEOUS pet friendly home is the perfect combination for those wanting privacy and a convenient location. This beautifully updated four-bedroom home is located in a quiet neighborhood perfect for walking. The main level offers a bright layout with beautiful views with fully stocked eat-in kitchen or you can enjoy your meals alfresco on the generous deck area located right off the living room & kitchen areas with gas grill provided. In the living room you will find comfortable seating, gas fireplace for those chilly fall evenings and a game table with plenty of board games available! Two of the bedrooms are on the main level with the remaining two bedrooms located in the walk-out basement. The lower level has a large family room area for hanging out, where you can watch the large flat screen TV, play games on the WII system, play pool or Foosball! The lower level sliding doors open to a gently sloped path to the large dock with seating. You have room to roam whether it's roasting marshmallows by the fire-pit, catching some sun on the dock or swimming and kayaking in the wide water cove. The owners have provided their guests with 2 kayaks, a paddle board, life jackets and plenty of floats to enjoy. High speed WiFi available as well as trash pick-up!!
