This wonderful 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom tabby style cottage is perfectly situated in a quiet neighborhood on the south end of St. Simons Island where guests will be close to everything that the island has to offer. Guests will immediately be drawn to the spacious back screened porch featuring a huge vaulted ceiling and fun beach decor that will beg you to sit back and relax under the large outdoor fan. The living room features a large leather sofa with an HD TV where guests will enjoy watching the game or a movie. The perfectly sized kitchen has everything that guests will need to prepare all their meals during their visit. The dining area has seating for six and is located between the kitchen and the living room.
The primary bedroom is a bright and quiet retreat featuring a queen size bed, an HD TV and an en suite bathroom with a shower. The two guest bedrooms feature a queen bed and two twin beds that share a hall bathroom with a tub/shower.
For guests that choose to bring their dog, the backyard is fully fenced and a great space for spending time outside. The gas grill will offer guests the opportunity to cook their fresh catch of the day!
The Happy Tabby Cottage, with its many personal touches of mid-century retro flair, is a special home that guests will be able to enjoy the ability to Live Like a Local on St. Simons Island!
