This side of the duplex is dog friendly featuring a small grassy courtyard and a large deck facing the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. This home is one house back from the ocean, but features a large deck with unobstructed views of the ocean. The location is a short walk to 2 delicious restaurants that offer views of the Atlantic, with optional outdoor seating if you want the full experience of ocean breezes and the sounds of rolling waves while you enjoy that perfect seafood dish. Both restaurants offer a variety of food options that are delicious. Often times each restaurant will feature live music. Each side of this duplex features 2 bedrooms and 1 bath.
