This is a beautiful house that is newly renovated. We do have air conditioning! Off street parking plus you are 2 houses from the new movie theatre, breweries and coffee houses. You can't get any closer to the farmers market! What makes this location special is that it is on a dead end street. You can get to the Railyard district by walking from the house, but cars can't get there from our street -- it is very quiet and removed from all the traffic. Front house offers 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, and a leather pull out couch sleeper. It has a fully enclosed front yard for your enjoyment and for a dog! Summary: This is a really great house. Appreciated the comfortable beds and kitchen worked well for us (first time using a gas stove - understand now why people like them). A/C worked good during the hot weather. This trip was long enough that we needed to do laundry so the full size washer and dryer worked out perfect. The location is a big PLUS. We did not have to drive very much to get to great restaurants and the farmer's market since the house is located right next to the Railyard. Even the plaza was only about 15 minute walk so you don't have to stress about finding a parking spot. Host was very accommodating and great to work with. Would definitely stay here again.
