Enter the eloquent home, which greets you with everything needed for a relaxing and fun vacation. The top level of the home features a light and airy great room with large windows and sliding doors. The spacious kitchen includes granite countertops, an island with a mini sink, and upscale appliances to make meal prep a breeze. With a walk-in pantry, there’s plenty of room to store all of your favorite snacks and ingredients to create delicious meals. Enjoy dinner at the large dining table, or dine alfresco on the deck or screened porch off of the kitchen while enjoying the ocean salty breezes. There is a bar in the great room for you to create your favorite cocktail, pour yourself a glass of wine, or relax with a warm cup of coffee/tea after a fun day in the sun! The top level is completed with a half bathroom.
The middle level of the home consists of sleeping quarters, with three primary bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. It’s perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. A laundry room is located on the middle level for your convenience.
Head downstairs to the entertainment zone on the lower level. Have some fun playing with the retro arcade games and board games, or grab a snack and beverage from the nearby tiki-inspired kitchenette with a wet bar. This level also includes a cozy sectional with a large TV to take in the game or stream and binge-watch your favorite show. There are two bedrooms on the lower level as well, one primary bedroom and a bunk room with access to a full bathroom.

Summary: The house is a newer build which is nice. The decor is beautiful and with a perfect beach feel. The house had everything you need for a relaxed and fun vacation. Pool, wagon with chairs for beach, hot tub, swing on the deck, real grill, game room with arcade games, the kitchen has all the gadgets. 1/2 walk to restaurants and shops at Tim Buck II. Close to 2-big grocery stores. You work with Vacasa as the rental mgmt service. They were helpful. The beach was about 4 blocks…it was a great beach! We had a fabulous vacation with our friends and their families.
