You'll find all the stainless steel appliances and counter space you'll need to throw together a fast afternoon snack. The family chefs will appreciate the center prep island when they prepare fantastic meals for everyone to enjoy. There is a kitchen table with seating for four, a dining room table that seats six, four stools at the breakfast bar, and more seating outside on the furnished, screened patio.
You'll love splashing around in the private pool or soaking in the spa with views of the canal just beyond, and you'll have access to a private dock whenever you want to get out on the water. There is lots of comfy patio seating for lounging poolside or catching up with old friends, and the pool is screened off, so the kids can safely play while you grill up some delicious food via the private gas grill. When it's time to call it a night, you'll have three well-appointed bedrooms to take advantage of, each with an en suite bath. Remote workers and students will appreciate the private office equipped with a work desk and chair, and the home's free WiFi will make it easy to perform some online research for those last-minute projects.
