Summary: I will say that communication with property management was very fast and efficient, however, the home had gnats and other bugs. That I could have overlooked for Florida in springtime but the location and neighborhood were not ok. Aside from hearing the street racing on the adjacent busy road all night, I had two events that really made me feel unsafe. At one point a man pulled into the driveway and was taking pictures of the home and my vehicle, and the other two individuals in a truck pulled into the driveway at night and sat there with their headlights on. They only left when I opened the front door to ask what they were doing there. Both instances were reported to property management.
