Cook out on the private gas grill, or put together a tasty meal in the fully equipped kitchen. The guest house features a studio-size kitchen and a full bath for guests who want extra privacy. But there's room for everyone at this lovely home!

*The boat lift and boat house are not for guest use. Guests can stand, sit, or fish on the dock. Due to multiple factors beyond Vacasa's control, we cannot guarantee a safe docking of any watercraft
*Pool heat costs $32 a day plus tax. A three-day minimum booking is required, and must be booked 72 hours in advance. Pool heat is available between October 1st to May 1st
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Dock details: The boat lift and boat house are not for guest use. Guests can stand, sit, or fish on the dock. Due to multiple factors beyond Vacasa's control, we cannot guarantee a safe docking of any watercraft.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Summary: The pros of this home is that it has nice space, all 3 king beds were comfy and one can’t get a much better location than where this house sits. There were beautiful sunsets right out the back of the house and often dolphins swimming. My family loves coming to the isles of capri! The cons of this home were that it was dirty. When we arrived, there were long dark hairs all over the 3 beds’ sheets. On one comforter, there were several wet stains. ( I washed all bedding that day!!) Upon arrival, there were also Cockroaches in the cabinets, a step in the studio apartment was broken with nails sticking out and dirty walls/dirty vents. When Vacasa asked for my cleanliness rating upon arrival that 1st day, I told them about these items and sent sent pictures of the dirty walls, hairs in bed, nails sticking up from floor, broken tiles, peeling paint and dirty vents. They replied with “I’m sorry and I sent the report”. I never heard from them again other than to ask me how my week was at the end of the trip! I asked for a free late checkout because they never responded to my concerns and they said no! The house and the land could be so much more if there was someone taking care of it! It is sad to see a great house not be loved.
