This graceful retreat is all about outdoor living - it boasts the only private pool in the Sunset Beach Community! Take refreshing dips in the sparkling pool whenever you want. The outdoor wet bar allows you to show off your bartender skills and surprise your family and friends with delicious cocktails and mocktails. Then, you can head to one of the decks and watch the dolphins frolic in the surf, get lost in your favorite book while working on your tan, or simply relax poolside on any of the beach loungers.
The main living level is conveniently located on the second level of the home. It features rich wood floors throughout and a light-filled open-concept living area with exquisite panoramic views, inviting sofas throughout, and a 60-inch smart TV so you can stream and watch your favorite shows and series. From here, you have direct deck access and plenty of outdoor dining spaces. The open kitchen features exotic granite counters covering a large island, a large bar cabinet equipped with everything you need to prepare refreshing beverages, stainless steel appliances, a beverage cooler, and everything you need for easy meal prep. There is an elevator that will take you to three out of four levels.
The first level of the home also features direct deck access, smart TVs, the laundry room, and private beach-side and bay-side bedrooms.
