Located on the second floor of an elegant townhome built in 1890, this four-bedroom, two-bath property was once a corner grocery! Today, it stands ready to be the perfect home base for up to eight Lucky guests looking to enjoy the best Savannah has to offer from the locals’ point of view.
The completely renovated home has a bright and airy feel about it, with oversized windows and soaring ceilings throughout. Follow the staircase from the entry hall up to the spacious living room, featuring original fireplaces, woodwork and restored pine floors, accentuated by modern conveniences such as cable TV and Wifi. A charming, fully stocked eat-in kitchen and living area will accommodate everyone comfortably. The premium bedroom has a king bed, and two additional bedrooms have queen beds and decorative fireplaces. The fourth bedroom has two antique twin beds.

This unit has free, on-street parking right outside the front door. Availability will depend on time of day and season. Our guests have not reported trouble parking near the home, even on the busiest of weekends.

Summary: This place was pretty much perfect for our long weekend getaway. The ONLY negative was the road noise on Friday morning. I woke up and thought that someone had moved my bed to the middle of the road. I don't typically sleep in, and I'm not a light sleeper either. It didn't seem as bad on Saturday and Sunday morning, so maybe its just worse during the week.
