The exterior of the Sunkissed features under-house concrete parking, an enclosed outdoor hot/cold shower, a fish cleaning area, a double park-style grill, and a picnic table. Step into the home's foyer that is adjacent to the parking area. Here you can unload your bags onto the elevator (that goes to each of the three floors above). Or get in some extra steps by taking the beautifully tiled stairs. On the first floor, you will find the laundry room with a washer/dryer. There are three lovely, light-filled bedrooms on this floor, each with a beautiful private bathroom with tiled, stand-alone, glass-fronted shower stalls and granite vanities.
On the second floor, the spacious open-plan living/dining/kitchen area provides an abundance of room for family and friends to gather in a comfortable, modern setting with stunning views from the inside as well as the spacious covered deck that spans the width of the home. Lounge in the comfy L-shaped couch that seats at least six or one of the lovely upholstered armchairs. Watch cable TV or read a book. There is a convenient wall of cabinets and a granite wet bar on this side with glasses and other accouterments for fixing cocktails, plus the wine refrigerator for storing your favorite bottles! The splendid chef's kitchen invites you to cook up that catch of the day, while never losing sight of the Gulf or your crowd or that movie! Serve it to the kids at the granite counter with its six stools and to the adults at the beautiful rectangular table with its eight beautifully crafted chairs. Kitchen clean-up is a breeze with two dishwashers, and there is a large side-by-side stainless refrigerator and plenty of small appliances, including a drip coffee maker and a Keurig. The third floor features a landing and two bedrooms each with a private bathroom.
