The exterior of this charming vacation home features a private pool (10x20), your own private boardwalk that takes you to the sparkling Gulf beach, and a full-length covered porch. The exterior also boasts a fish cleaning area, outdoor park-style grille, outdoor shower, and under-house concrete parking. This home's décor of soft yellows and blues surrounds you in the colors of the beautiful Gulf beaches, just steps away.
The first floor of the vacation home offers two bedrooms. It also offers hall access to the expansive covered porch that boasts unobstructed beach views! As you enter the second floor you are greeted by the open living/dining/kitchen area featuring vaulted ceilings, soft beach décor, plentiful seating, and endless views coming from the large windows throughout. The large dining table and breakfast bar look into the well-equipped kitchen, so everyone is included. In the dining area, there is access to the large screened porch that offers additional outdoor dining with unobstructed views of the sparkling Gulf waters. For your convenience, this floor also boasts a half bath as well as a separate laundry room with a full washer/dryer immediately off of the kitchen.
