With the beach a little more than 1.5 blocks away, there are over 25 restaurants within a 3-block radius, and activities such as wave runners, parasailing, paddle boarding and bike rentals are all within one block of our location. Plus, because Dockside has over 325 feet of water frontage in the most expansive channel on Clearwater Beach, this means that dolphins sightings are almost a daily occurrence. Because Dockside has its own marina, why not request your fishing or boat charter pick you up at our dock? For those who prefer to rent a boat or wave runner for the day, simply pull into the Dockside Marina to pick up sandwiches, sunscreen or a late sleeper. Other Dockside amenities include a heated, waterfront pool, a paddle board and kayak storage area for those who bring their own equipment, under-building parking and an outdoor storage area for bicycles. Inside the unit, you will notice a pride in ownership that is unmatched in most vacation rental properties. From the hand-crafted surf board in the living area, to JD the crab who resides above the kitchen cabinets, to the Natuzzi Leather sectional and recliner in the living area, each room uniquely fashioned and an experience all its own. The Cottage Room (King Bed)…decorated with the comforts and warmth of a summer beach cottage. The Queen Room (2 Queen Beds)…decorated with a contemporary flair but made for a queen. And finally, the Key West Room (2 Twin Beds)…a colorfully decorated escape. All Bedrooms include a 50 inch, 4K UHD smart TV (42 inch in the Key West Room), with a 65 inch, 4K UHD smart TV in the Living Area. High Speed Internet is available throughout the unit, beach towels are provided for your daily excursions and a Smart LG Washer and Dryer are located inside the unit. In the kitchen, the coastal theme continues with service for up to 10 people, a Keurig and Digital Coffee Maker, a Nutri-Ninja Professional Blender set, as well as cookware that is BPA-Free and is sure to make you feel right at home.
