** We’re excited to now offer a brand-new downstairs addition—perfect for larger families or multi-family groups! This addition features three bedrooms, each with two built-in twin beds and one full bed, plus smart TVs and a shared full bathroom. This space comfortably sleeps additional guests and is available for an extra $200, making it easy to accommodate everyone in your group.
Sitting on two acres, it is the perfect secluded getaway! This bay front beauty, located directly on St. Joe Bay has it all! Rain or shine you can enjoy the scenery from the screened porch. Fisherman, look no further for the perfect fishing grounds. This house has it's owprivate dock! Literally walk out the door to the dock and enjoy! Please message me on social media (Beach Vacations Facebook ) for further savings before you book. Dock of the Bay is only 1/2 mile from St. Joe State Park were you can put your boat in the water! That's right. Bring your boat because there is plenty of space to park it as well as your vehicles! Parking area is spacious. Summary: We were very dismayed as we drove on the property. It was not at all as it was described in the listing. Screens were torn, a shutter hanging, water standing all around the property, and trash and debris from workman all around the yard. The inside of the house is dated. Something gross was all over a refrigerator . We use VRBO a lot and have always been pleased. Not this time! The property manager contacted VRBO to refund our money. I’d like a call from someone to adddres this bad situation.
