Positive: The room is clean and tidy. The location is perfect; just two minutes to reach gran via. The bed is comfortable and cozy. Everything was perfect. The personnel are highly professional; we made a complaint for a minor issue, the response was immediate, and the problem was solved in under 12h.
Negative: The noise is the only problem due to the location; the street is animated and there is a lot of noise at night. The balcony doesn't have curtains but instead it has a wooden door.
