Positive: The location is excellent, very central. Rooms were nice and clean. Nancy is nice.
Negative: Nancy insisted that she cannot give the address or even name of the tower (PH Excelsior) in advance, even when required by Uber. She had to talk directly to the taxi driver at length, when all anyone has to tell a driver is to go to the Nissan Dealer on Calle 50 (the entry is just a few steps away from there). So if that's your first stop after landing in Panama, and immigration has to know where you're staying, you're out of luck. Lastly, the man who also lives there is helpful, but you can tell underneath he really doesn't like people staying in his home. He tries to be polite, but his dislike made us uncomfortable.
