Dixieland Delight is a 2-story beach home located just across the small beachfront road with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico from both levels. The home has an amazing floor plan with 9-1/2 foot ceilings and an entertainment living room and kitchen combination for everyone to spread out and relax amongst family and friends. A large Master Suite is located on the first level and is setup with a King size bed and connects to the large, full bathroom. The other 3 bedrooms are located upstairs with the other, primary Master Suite featuring a large private bathroom, King size bed, and private entrance to the upper deck. The 3rd bedroom has a Queen sized bed with deck access and the 4th has a Full Bunk Set and a Twin Bunk Set perfect for the kids or adults-alike. All 4 bedrooms have televisions and DVD players. Onsite amenities include: Charcoal grill, beautiful wooden Beach Chairs & a Canopy on the Beach provided by Beach Bum Services! Minimum Age Requirement of 25. This home rents Saturday to Saturday during Main Seasons unless calendar is already broken up or requested time is approved by homeowner.
