This suite benefits from Modern decorative styling and is well suited for a family get together, or sumptuous dinner party (no noise complaints please). Fully air conditioned suite provides a luxury experience at a very reasonable rate. Facing South West you have spectacular Lake and Lagoon views from the living room balcony/deck where you can hang out and enjoy a BBQ in the midday sun or just relax on the and the 2nd deck. If you require space, then this is the suite for you with 2000 square feet of it.
Located in the South Building this 4 Bedroom (2 are windowless (dens)), features a large dining area and modern kitchen that is fully equipped with all that’s needed to accommodate 6 people. There is a King bed in the master bedroom with an adjoining bathroom featuring a luxurious claw foot bath for a long hot soak – and possibly a relaxing read of your kindle. There is an additional bathroom in the west end of the suite with a Queen bed in the Second bedroom, 1 Queen bed and 1 Queen Sofa bed in the spacious third bedroom (windowless den) and a Queen bed in the 4th Bedroom (Windowless den).
The suite is equipped with TV’s in the living room and all bedrooms which includes Cable service and high speed Wi-Fi (internet). This fully equipped suite comes with kitchen dining for 8 including a blender, toaster, coffee maker, bath towels, bed linens, an in-suite washer/dryer with laundry detergent and a gas BBQ on the deck. Within the building parkade you will find a reserved SINGLE car space located conveniently close to the South building entry point.
Parking restrictions: Max height 6′ 8″, width & length equal to ~150 crew-cab size truck.
This suite is also available for our Extended 8 month Winter season – September through April.
