The fully renovated Kitchen features Stainless Appliances, New Cabinets, Quartz Countertops, and is fully stocked with new kitchen items, including a Keurig coffee maker, and all items you will need for meal prepping. Seating for 4 is provided at the functional, eat-in bar and is a great space for enjoying meals together. The open Living Area features all New Furnishings which include a Queen Sofa Sleeper, a large Chair with Ottoman, and a Television for enjoying in your down time.
The bedroom features Luxurious King Bedding, New Furnishings, and a mounted 40" television for enjoying while relaxing after a long day on the beach. The fully renovated Bathroom is accessed through the Bedroom and features a Tub/shower Combo, Single Vanity, and is fully stocked with linens for your stay. A Stack Washer/Dryer is also featured in the Bathroom, along with a Full Size Ironing Board & Iron, and Hair Dryer for convenience.
The Beach is located a short walk or drive from the condo and can be accessed from any of the public beach access points located along Beach Boulevard.
