Negative: I was not able to enter the key code for room and have to wait so long since I booked my room through website and hard to reach out the owner. The building staff is rude when asking for help because I thought that they can help since she was working at that time and did not know that I have to reach out to the owner and staff is straight out rude to you. Other than that the room is huge for 5 people and clean and have extra stuff we need.
