Just two hours North of NYC, in the heart of the Catskill Mountains, lies this beautifully renovated 1800’s farm house nestled into 52 beautiful acres of rolling meadows and hardwood forest. Take your family and friends away this season for a wonderful and affordable vacation getaway. Experience breathtaking views, abundant wildlife, a fresh water pond and leave this peaceful place with lifelong memories and a recharged spirit. This beautiful place was originally a small dairy farm and I have personally performed all the renovations to include all the comforts of modern living while maintaining its original 1800's charm. It boasts original wide plank flooring, hand-hewn beams, vaulted ceilings and old world craftsmanship.
There are 52 magnificent acres to hike on, dozens of fruit trees that attract abundant wildlife, a fresh water spring fed pond on the property that can be viewed from the house and outside deck and many picturesque views of the Catskill Mountains from various locations from within the house and property.
