Summary: My grandson wanted to move in the house is so beautiful and well decorated. Being on the river was very relaxing and convenient. We took the kayaks out every day and enjoyed paddling on the river and looking for manatees. My grandson even saw some otters. The house is near the kayak rental so I enjoyed people watching; noise was not an issue for us and I liked the activity, which is limited to about 9 am to about 6 pm and after that it is complete silence. We liked being able to walk to the restaurant which is about 3 houses down. I'm very glad we chose this spot in Florida for the week. Better than the beach.
