This beautiful one bedroom Riverside Club condo is all about the waterfront living. With BREATHTAKING views of the Marco River and the Jolley Bridge from the screened lanai. The lanai is the perfect spot to enjoy the dolphins, boat traffic, reading, morning sunrise or a nice meal. This unit is located on the TOP floor in the preferred building "A" with the best views in this community!! This condo has an in unit stackable washer and dryer, king size bed and pull out sofa in the living area. This gated community features common elevators, two pools and hot tubs, tennis/pickleball courts, bike storage, clubhouse, barbeque grills with picnic areas, fishing pier, marina, boat slips may be available on a first come first serve basis. Riverside is ideally located to shopping in Olde Marco and walking distance to many of the most popular resturants on the island. Bike and Boat rentals are in close proximity to this community. Summary: This place is simply amazing overlooking the Marco River, lots of boat activity, seagulls, and a path that winds along the length of the property complex. The complex has two large pools with plenty of chaise lounges for sunbathing and palm trees for shade as well as hot tubs. The condo itself has everything you could possibly need and it is all new…..so beautiful … the pictures do not do this Condo justice! I especially enjoyed the early mornings on the lanai, watching the boats go out to Harbor and the occasional fish jumping up in the water. Just hearing the waves lap against the shoreline, which was just feet from the building, was so relaxing. Then late in the evening, sitting in the shade of the lanai, watching the lights come on the boats coming back from the gulf, so relaxing, so serene, and even the reflection of the sunset from the opposite side, reflected along the distant shoreline. The neighborhood is totally safe for walking and at .8 miles. There are three restaurants… The Snook Inn, Le Be fish house, and my favorite … the Smith House …. The latter two tucked into a little brick alleyway behind the Marco shops on the opposite side of the street as the Snook Inn. The condo owner was very helpful and replied quickly to any questions I had… She even left some treats in the freezer and on the counter for me… So thoughtful and delicious! there is no beach on the property, but harbor was full of sights and sounds & I was so glad that I came!!
