Hurricane Update: The private beach access at this property is currently closed and will stay closed until this listing is updated otherwise. The area of the yard closest to the ocean has also reduced due to the hurricane wash out. We include photos of this in the listing photos. All guests still have their oceanfront porches in tact, unharmed. Prices and actual availability are as shown. In the meantime, there are alternative beach access points nearby. There is a beach access open within a 1 minute walk and another within 2 minutes. Like every property in the area, there's always a possibility of some construction-related noise. This noise could come from this property or neighboring properties. The city sustained hurricane damage in 2022 and ongoing construction continues throughout the city.

Set directly on the ocean, this 4-bedroom villa offers an abundance of accommodations for your next gathering of family, friends, or corporate events. This is one of three villas on the same property along the ocean making it a great spot for a large gathering if you rent two or all three! You'll feel the wait of the world lift off your shoulders as enter this spacious villa. Walking through the entrance you'll find a cozy living room area. Just past the living room is a gorgeous dining room overlooking the oceanfront deck and Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy watching the sunrise while enjoying breakfast or the sunset in the evening while indulging in a lovely dinner cooked in the fully stocked kitchen nearby. The chef in the group will love preparing meals in the gorgeous, oceanfront kitchen that boasts granite counters and stainless steel appliances.
From the entrance you can step out onto your private, oceanfront porch complete with ample outdoor lounging and dining furniture as well as a gas grill. Past the porch is another, common deck for the other villa guests that sits right past the sandy beach. This deck is just another place you can lay out and enjoy the sun or use the outdoor shower to rinse off sandy toes.
Step back into the villa to explore the 4 bedrooms in the home. The master bedroom is just off of the dining room and features a King bed, flat-screen TV, and in-suite bathroom completed by a garden tub. Head down the hallway to the left of the kitchen to find the remaining three bedrooms and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. You'll enter the first bedroom to find a queen bed and there are 2 twin beds in the second guest bedroom. The third guest bedroom is at the end of the hallway and hosts a queen bed and flat-screen TV.
This Villa is within short walking distance to many popular restaurants and shops in Daytona Beach Shores including the Sun Glow Pier!

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. We do provide free Internet at this home on a shared network with others on the property. While do use hospitality Internet from Spectrum with multiple access points and high speed, it is still not enough for streaming. This is due to the way the property is set up as multiple outside buildings that are not connected versus one large interior building. You will still be able surf the web, check emails, etc, but during peak times you may find streaming to be difficult.
We work to keep our properties in great condition. This particular home has older, "popcorn ceilings". If you've ever had one in your home, you know that they do droop and start to peel over time due to the weight and basic gravity. This is currently happening in this property and you would only notice if you look up but this does not effect guest's stays. We do have this scheduled to be sanded and repainted in Fall 2023 but know that in the meantime you may notice the ceiling peeling. Please be aware that this is not related to any kind of water damage or otherwise and it is just normal aging of a popcorn ceiling.
Because of the this home being one of the view remaining traditional oceanfront villas in Daytona, it was not built with central AC. There are window AC units throughout the home to cool it. The one small bedroom with the two twin beds cannot have a window AC due to the size of the window however, if guests keep the door open they'll find it stays cool.
Please note there are only 2 parking spaces available for this villa. This home is located on a drivable portion of the beach.
