Also enjoy bay views from the two other en suite bedrooms. You will find yourself waiting for the beautiful sunsets daily. This is the only direct oceanfront unit on the 8th floor where both bay facing bedrooms have a completely unobstructed bay view.
UNIT AMENTITIES include professionally decorated 1,700/sq ft condo with a tropical flare, Tommy Bahama furnishings, and high speed Internet. The oversized main bedroom features a king-sized hotel grade poster bed, large flat screen TV, xfinity X1 cable, DVD player, Bose Wave music radio, ceiling fan, two sitting areas, and two large closets with lighting. One sitting area is located directly in front of a 9 foot, 3 panel arch window framing the stunning oceanfront backdrop. The main bedroom also offers direct access to the oversized private balcony. The large main bath offers double sinks, a Jacuzzi tub, spacious shower and an enclosed room for the toilet.
The family room offers direct oceanfront views with comfortable furnishings where you & your family can relax and enjoy entertainment with the large flat screen TV, xfinity X1 cable service, Blu Ray DVD player, board games and a selection of movies for our guests. For our off-season guests, the family room fireplace warms the condo in cooler temperatures and provides a relaxing warm ambience as you curl up with your favorite book. The family room also offers direct access to the oversized private balcony and a wet bar stocked with various glassware to enjoy your favorite adult beverage.
The dining room, breakfast bar and large gourmet kitchen will be the cook's dream offering granite countertops, stainless top-of-the-line KitchenAid appliances, a doored pantry and fully stocked cabinets with abundant space for you to bring your own favorite kitchen gear as well. The well appointed kitchen offers all glassware, silverware, dishes, cookware, cooking utensils and several small appliances including a toaster, coffee pot, blender, and hand mixer.
The bedrooms facing the bay also boast private bathrooms for each as well as large flat screen TVs, high definition cable service, DVD players, and Bose music radios. One bedroom has two twin beds with a gaming system/games for guest use and the other large bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed.
The unit also has a laundry room with a washer/dryer, drying racks, and cabinetry to store your laundry products.
The BUILDING AMENITIES are equally impressive offering an 11,000/sq ft sundeck with rooftop outdoor pool, putting green, fitness center, sauna and outside shower/bathroom. A storage locker is available for your convenience and is stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys. Belmont Towers is centrally located with many restaurants and activities within a short walk.
