The second bedroom has a king bed with balcony access overlooking the pool and hot tubs and the third bedroom offers 2 twins. The community features direct beach access with a boardwalk, an oceanfront swimming pool, hot tub, elevator, and covered parking. North Breakers is quietly situated on a cul-de-sac near the Historic Coast Guard station. The oceanfront swimming pool is heated to 81 degrees during spring and fall months (March/April and September/October) to ensure a comfortable experience throughout the swimming season.

Summary: The view from the Master Bedroom was wonderful! Also, great views from the Balcony which overlooked the Pool and the Beach. Property was a little too far from the beach. Would be helpful if Handicap Bars could be installed in Master Bath. Would be better if Hot Tub didn't require stairs to be accessed. And would be nice if there was a TV in MBR!
