3 Bedroom Condo in Indian Rocks Beach

You will love all the fun things to do at this private beach place! This condo is in a building with just 4 units. It has a great pool, outdoor pool table, BBQ grill for fabulous cook-outs - all directly on the beautiful beach of Indian Rocks (there are NO rocks - the sand is perfect!)
Come and see why we have more and more return guests each year who claim this is their favorite place on the beach.
The owners (who also own a decorating business) have completely redone the unit - New stainless steel appliances as well as granite counter tops. The kitchen is fully stocked. All the comforts of home and then some!
Balcony overlooks the beach and pool. Two sets of stairs allow easy access to parking as well as the beach.
The Master Bedroom, with its private bath, has a seating area and TV. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed with a TV as well. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds and a 3rd TV. The living room has tremendous views and a 4th TV.
And if you just can't leave your work at home, wireless internet access is available.
There is an separately managed efficiency on the ground floor for guests with limited mobility or if extra space is needed.
Availability on this unit will be limited to minimize wear and tear. Sorry, but absolutely No smoking or pets allowed!

Summary: We had a great trip to IRB and loved this unit. The location and convenience couldn’t have been better! The condo had everything you could need and was just steps from the beach! Communication with the host was easy and check in and check out went smoothly. We would definitely stay again!!!
