Amazing Gulf front 2 Bed/2 Bath in the St. Pete Beach area. Directly on the Gulf of Mexico, this condo sits on a beach known as Sunset Beach. It is at the southern most end of Treasure Island, just West of St. Petersburg and North of St. Pete Beach. The complex is an owner and monthly rental community. It is gated and private.
This is the perfect setting for any vacation or winter getaway!
Walk through the door of this condo and take in the incredible view of blue water from every room. The view is like being on a ship; beautiful, endless water out to the horizon. As you get closer to the floor to ceiling windows and sliders that completely surround this over 1510 sq. ft. condo, you will then see the white sand beach below. Walk out onto the over 120 ft wrap around balcony. The ceiling on the balcony is one foot higher then the inside ceiling. If you have ever lived in a unit with a attached balcony you will appreciate how the higher balcony ceiling keeps the view beautiful and open from inside. The views of the gulf and of the sunset will enchant you each day and evening! You cannot get any closer to the Gulf!
The designer living room has a leather sofa, leather love seat, a reclining leather chair, decorative sconces and lighting, brass and glass tables, a 42'HDTV, Blueray DVD player, CD player, stereo, and full length sliders leading to the wrap around 120 ft balcony. Your own movie theater is at your fingertips with a 7' Wide movie screen that is pulled down from behind a window valance. The remote controlled HD movie projector drops from the ceiling to project a crisp, clear, huge image. A surround sound system completes the home theater experience.
The gourmet kitchen has maple cabinetry, granite countertops, a bar counter and bar stools, refrigerator with ice maker, cook top, oven, microwave, convection oven, dishwasher, and coffee maker. Essentials include all required dishes, glassware, flatware, and cookware.
The master bedroom has the same floor to ceiling western Gulf view and balcony access. Custom shutters can be closed for keeping out the daylight. Sleep in comfort on a king size, four post bed with luxury linens. The bed faces a custom made marble fireplace offering the ultimate in relaxation and romance. The fireplace is electric and can be set to offer just the ambiance of flames or extra heat if desired. Tucked behind a painting above the fireplace you will find the flat screen TV, Blueray DVD player, and stereo. Just a click of a remote rolls up the painting to reveal your bedroom media center. Custom closets offer drawers and shelving for your belongings. The master bath is large with an extra roomy granite and glass shower. Two granite vanities and crystal sconces add to the elegance.
The 2nd bedroom has two twin Murphy beds that fold up into the wall for an open floor plan that extends into the living room. The bedroom is closed off with an accordion door custom made for sound barrier and complete privacy. Full length sliders in this bedroom lead out to the southern view of the Gulf and sandy beach of the end of the peninsula. The bedroom is converted to an open floor plan by day and private retreat by night. This design offers maximum space and view for a couple or family. The 2nd bath is brand new and features a deep Kohler tub, marble vanity, Kohler fixtures, and marble and mosaic tile. A beautiful crystal chandelier elegantly lights the room.
This condo also features a den. The den has become the favorite quiet spot where our kids read or watch their own TV show. An in unit washer and dryer is also located in this room for your convenience.
The grounds offer a luxurious tropical setting. A gated community provides full time security. There are two covered parking spaces for your use during your stay accessed only with a gate code. On site accommodations include tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, heated swimming pool, game room with pool table, and ping pong. A boardwalk along the beach is ideal for early morning or peaceful sunset strolls when you aren't walking the beach collecting shells.
