ATV or snowmobile right from the driveway as the town ordinance permits direct access to the NH State and local ATV trail system, 5 minutes to Riverside Speedway and Adventure park, Groveton, 20 minutes to Jericho State Park. 24 hr gas pumps 1 mile from the house Hike the trail head to the 360 degree view of Percy Peak or simply sit by a camp fire and enjoy the Northwoods for all it has to offer. Anyway you want to relax this old barn has it all. Dish network television, Wifi, and full cell service available on most networks, along with all the amenities you can ask for. We have it all right here. The house is 5 minutes to Groveton and 15 minutes to Lancaster for all shopping needs.
