Positive: Everything! Perfect easy instructions to follow for access. We had the two bedroom room on the 4th floor, we didn't end up using the second bedroom as the main had a cot which was perfect for our toddler and the room was really spacious even with it in it. The seperate walk in wardrobe was great. It was good to have access to outdoor space on the terrace and Franca was such a lovely breakfast host. She was great with our little girl. Location is great, very central and has great restaurants very close to the accommodation. I liked the secure entry, the place felt very safe.
Negative: The water pressure isn't great, but it's an old building so expected. I would have liked some.glasses in the room to use for drinks and a little more of a mix at breakfast, but overall I had a great stay and have no complaints.
