Positive: This place is absolutely amazing. We were welcomed by Analisa and Francesco with cold water and a coffee. They gave us tips of places to see in the region. The room was big and comfortable with a nice balcony. Only the sofa was a bit noisy. The breakfast was very good, and the hosts were always there to ask if everything was ok, and to make a small chat. The villa is beautiful and the large garden is very peacefull, so is the very nice pool area. Macerata is very close ( by car) and is a nice town to visit and have diner. We loved our stay here! Thank you Francesco and Analisa.
Negative: If I must say something, the bed is a bit hard, but I guess that is everywhere in Italy.
