This is a renovated apartment (60m²) located in Myloi, a small beautiful village 15 min from Nafplio city center by car (10 km). It is a fully furnished apartment with kitchen, a corner sofa living room, bedroom, bathroom and a yard with a table & chairs. The house is at the mezzanine floor (entresol) and it's in an excellent condition as it has been a completed (luxury) renovation in middle 2015. Maximum guests 3-4. Directions to the house: Coming from 'Naflpio' and having the sea on your left side, the property is on a street 100 meters before the beach bar 'GRAMMES' towards Myloi village. After you pass the village ‘Nea Kyos’, there is a restaurant called “5ΦΦΦΦΦ” (5FFFFF in Greek) located on the right side of the road. After passing the restaurant you will need to turn right on the second street (after 50 meters) where our property is. It is the second house from the beach (the first two-story house with a black entrance door). We have placed a couple of signs as “Dimitri’s House”, one on the street and one on the entrance door for your help.
