Your own private resort with a 12m pool, outdoor shower, wrap around covered veranda and cooling sea breezes all overlooking tropical gardens and adjoining a quiet bushland reserve where listening to the birds will enhance the serenity. Guests are welcomed to a "wow" factor - a large main room comprising of a spacious kitchen and dining and lounge area enhanced by vaulted ceilings, slate flooring and the warmth of timber shutters. Your family and friends will love the ambience of this room with its 12 seater dining table. As well, the home offers 5 bedrooms (one is wheelchair accessible), 2 bathrooms (3rd toilet in laundry) and a comfortable TV room featuring a large screen TV, video library, games and childrens toys. The main lounge area has reverse cycle air conditioning and all bedrooms have ceiling fans. The well equipped kitchen has many appliances plus a pod coffee machine. We start you with all staple provisions such as milk, tea, coffee, Aldi coffee pods, sugar, salt n pepper, oils, glad wrap and much much more... The deck features a 10 seater timber table, casual lounge and Weber gas bbq and captures the winter sun yet cools you down through the summer.
