Positive: We loved the location of the house within Sunriver...very close to the SHARC and village. The house was comfortable, the beds were super comfortable, and the house had everything we needed. We loved being able to spread out and have our own quiet areas when needed, and then could all come together in the open space kitchen and family room area. This is the perfect house for up to 6 adults! The price was very fair as well. All in all, we were very happy with this property.
Negative: The hot tub is old and outdated (only some of the jets work, headrests are gone), and there was no step to get into and out of the hot tub which is hard for us older folks. There's no AC in the house, which we knew, so we were lucky to be there during a week when the temperature never got above 80. The airflow with windows open was great so that helped keep the house at a good temperature. The kitchen was mostly great, but there were no large pots for cooking large meals (like spaghetti for example).
