Welcome to Blue Ivey!! A true diamond in the sand, located in The Village at Blue Mountain Beach, off of owners gate on CR 83, just one mile from the beach and around the corner from all things Blue Mountain.
Blue Ivey comes with a 4 person Golf Cart, 4 bikes, a large community pool, fitness center, and beach chairs are also located at the home for your. Walk, bike or cart down to the town center at Red Fish Village or hop over to Gulf Place to the west and Grayton to the east.
The space
There is a master bedroom and half bathroom featured downstairs. Upstairs has a 4 bunk twi xl hallway, two full bathrooms on either side, and a master upstairs as well.
Have small children? This is the perfect home for you vacation. For extra consideration there is a highchair at this home as well as a pack n play and other small children focused amenities to help make your stay feel a little more like home. Please send prior request for the the high chair and pack n' play items.
Guest access
When you arrive, you will use the gate access off of 30A - code provided prior to check-in. This home is also perfectly located next to the owners gate off of CR 83 so exiting the gated community is super easy.
Both the front door and back door have a key pad with a code to access the property.. Will be given with checkin information.
Other things to note
All of the smaller details like the beach buggy, kids toys beach chairs, bikes, etc. are provided for the enjoyment of everyone. Please take care of these items like your own, wash them down after use, so that everyone can continue to enjoy these little treat that to help make your stay as beachy as could be!

Summary: This property is located in a great location. The decor is cheerful and modern. The beds are comfortable. The property was dirty upon arrival- the floors clearly had not been swept and there was food debris and hair in the rug in the living room. There is mold in the vents in each of the upstairs restrooms. We watched the ceiling darken around the vents during the course of the stay. The kitchen is missing things like dish towels, wine glasses, functional pot holders, and the knives are in desperate need of sharpening. We had a problem with cockroaches on the first floor. We did not receive the door code to check-in to the property until we asked for it AFTER the published check-in time. Lastly, the golf cart is in poor working order. It’s not likely street legal even though the listing (even at the time of this review) still boasts that it can be used to go to Gulf Place or Grayton Beach.
