Private: property, terraced garden with lawn and trees. 50 m long steep motor access to the house. Parking (for 2 cars). Supermarket 4 km, bar 1 km, bus stop 200 m, railway station "Luino" 4 km, pebble beach "Spiaggia Belmonte" 1.5 km, indoor swimming pool 5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 21 km. Please note: car recommended. Owner uses some rooms in the house.
