Devils Advocate is a wonderful mountain home located on Seven Devils, situated centrally between Boone and Banner Elk. Otter Falls Trail, a beautiful hike with views and a waterfall, is about one mile away. The Seven Devils Town Park is also about one mile away and has basketball, tennis, pickleball, and a playground. Enjoy live music at Grandfather Winery, only six minutes down the road. Looking for outdoor adventure? Hawksnest Snow Tubing and Zip Lines is less than three miles away and provides year-round activities for the whole family. A short fifteen minute drive will take you to Sugar Mountain Resort or Wilderness Run Alpine Coaster. Grandfather Mountain is twenty minutes away and is home to the mile-high bridge and wildlife park.
Devils Advocate is a spacious home with plenty of room for everyone in your party to spread out or gather together. The great room on the main level has high vaulted ceilings with natural light providing an inviting space for your family to congregate. The comfortable power reclining sofas are situated around the stone wood-burning fireplace creating a cozy atmosphere to watch a favorite show after a day on the slopes or on a favorite hiking trail. The entertainment room on the lower level is sure to delight guests of all ages. The shuffleboard table and dartboard are awaiting your next family game night. Watch the big game on the HDTV or pop popcorn for movie night. The dining room offers seating for six at the table and an additional three at the pass-through bar. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked. The back deck features outdoor seating and fire pit, perfect for roasting marshmallows. Relax in the hot tub while enjoying the cool mountain air.
This three-level home can comfortably sleep twelve guests in four bedrooms and a bonus den on the top floor. The master bedroom, located on the main floor, has a king bed, TV, and workspace. The private ensuite has double vanities and a step-in shower. The is an additional bedroom on the main with a king bed, TV, and access to the Jack-Jill bathroom. The top floor provides a queen bedroom with TV and a bonus den with a queen bed and TV sitting area. There is a full bathroom on the top floor. A fifth sleeping area is located on the bottom level and contains a queen bed, TV, and private ensuite.
