TV / lounge room with wood burning stove, living room with wood burning stove, conservatory and a large kitchen diner with all comfort. In the utility room shower, sink and toilet. Features 6 bedrooms for a total of 12 people and baby. Second bathroom with double sink, bathtub, shower and toilet. Spacious garden of 1000 m2 on the water for fishing and 2 motor boats, hot tub and several terraces with outdoor fireplace. Sauna in a boat house on the water. Garden is fenced and safe for children. Egboetswater nature reserve within walking distance. In the village an outdoor swimming pool and sauna complex. Just 2 km away from the IJsselmeer and Vlietlanden lake with an 18-hole golf course. Also for children a playground, petting zoo, miniature golf and indoor swimming pool on the IJsselmeer or visit the apiary De Bijenstal in Opperdoes. Or take an old-fashioned steam train trip from Hoorn to Medemblik and then by ferry from Enkhuizen to Hoorn.
